Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of PropertyPocket, provided by SG Systems PTE. LTD., a Singapore-registered company.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PropertyPocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of service

PropertyPocket is a tool for collecting and comparing property listings. It consists of a website and a browser extension that saves listings you choose to save, and organises them into lists you control.

PropertyPocket is not an estate agency, a broker, or a property search engine. It shows you only the listings you saved. It does not sell leads, does not carry sponsored properties, and has no commercial relationship with any property portal. Listing details are read from the pages you save and are not verified by us — the portal and the advertiser are responsible for their accuracy.

A paid subscription can also share a list with other people, who may then add to it without a subscription of their own. Properties added to a shared list are stored in the list owner’s account and count towards the owner’s plan — see section 5.

SG Systems PTE. LTD. may modify or discontinue the service at any time. If the service is discontinued, you will be given reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the service
• Use the service to scrape, mirror or redistribute a property portal’s listings in bulk, or in any way that breaches that portal’s own terms
• Use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes

The extension saves the pages you are already viewing, one at a time, at your request. Using it to collect listings at scale is outside what it is for.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

PropertyPocket has a free plan limited to 25 saved properties, and a paid plan with no limit. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, who process the payment; we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancellation stops the next payment and your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial month, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Sharing is part of the paid plan. Whoever owns a list needs a subscription; anyone they share it with can add to it on a free account, and it does not count towards that person’s own limit. A collaborator needs their own subscription only for lists they own. If a subscription ends, existing shared lists keep working and no new ones can be created.

Reaching the limit never deletes anything. If your subscription ends while you have more than 25 properties saved, every one of them stays readable, editable and exportable. You are only prevented from saving new ones until you are back under the limit or subscribe again.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

6. Intellectual property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of SG Systems PTE. LTD.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create — your lists, notes, ratings and the selection of properties you have saved. By using the service you grant SG Systems PTE. LTD. a limited licence to store and process that content solely in order to provide the service to you. We will not share or sell it.

Listing details and images originate from third-party portals and remain the property of their respective owners. They are stored for your own reference only.

8. Privacy

Your use of PropertyPocket is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, what the extension reads, and how to delete it.

9. Termination

SG Systems PTE. LTD. may suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms. Except where a breach requires immediate action, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to export your data.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Property decisions are yours: prices, availability and details are captured from portal pages and may be wrong, out of date, or removed by the advertiser at any time. Prices are never converted between currencies. Always verify with the agent or seller before acting.

In no event shall SG Systems PTE. LTD., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to these terms

SG Systems PTE. LTD. may modify these Terms at its discretion, giving 30 days’ notice for material changes.
